Up for sale is the Creature-locking Apathy, a common card from the Weatherlight expansion of Magic: the Gathering.  This is the original, black-bordered, English version.

Apathy: Enchantment (Aura - Enchant Creature); enchanted Creature doesn't untap during its controller's untap step; at the beginning of the upkeep of enchanted Creature's controller, that player may discard a card at random; if s/he does, untap that Creature; casting cost U.
