Up for sale is the Vigilance-giving Angel's Trumpet, an uncommon card from the Urza's Legacy expansion of Magic: the Gathering. These are the original, black-bordered, English version.
Angel's Trumpet: Artifact; all Creatures have Vigilance; at the end of each player's turn, tap all untapped Creatures that player controls that didn't attack this turn; Angel's Trumpet deals damage to the player equal to the number of Creatures tapped this way; casting cost 3.
As you can see from the photo, this card is misprinted. The back of the card looks like a normal Magic card, but the front is shifted such that there is an abnormally large top border, and almost no border at the bottom. Other than the misprinting issue, the card is in Near Mint condition (it shows no sign of having been played).
